My Favorite Blogging Resources

Domain and Hosting

I use Namecheap for purchasing domains and hosting.  They have some of the cheapest prices for domains and shared hosting and I’ve never been disappointed with their service.

Keyword Research

My favorite paid keyword research tool is KWFinder .  It’s a part of a suite of SEO tools available from Mangools.  I use their tools daily for research, analysis, and tracking.

My favorite free keyword research tool is Ubersuggest.  It’s great for finding longtail keywords.

Blogging eBooks

I have bought two blogging eBooks that I have found useful and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Pinterest

Pinteresting Strategies by Carly Campbell.  Carly runs the blog MommyonPurpose.com and her book has been shared many times in the blogosphere.  For someone who had no idea how to use Pinterest to market their blog, I found her book incredibly helpful.

How to Start a Blog

Blog by Number Course + eBook by Suzi Whitford.  Suzi runs the blog StartAMomBlog.com and is one of the most notable bloggers around.  I would recommend her courses or eBooks for someone who is looking to see the forest through the trees when it comes to blogging.

She does an excellent job of breaking down the steps and processes required to start a blog into bite size pieces, making it a much less intimidating venture.

Digital Design Resources

Canva.com for designing free graphics for your blog and Pinterest.

Pexels.com and Unsplash.com for free commercial use images.

Fontlibrary.org for free commercial use fonts (check license of font before use).

Designcuts.com and CreativeMarket.com for fonts, graphics, and other digital design resources.
